Revolupedia is a revolutionary communist encyclopedia founded in June 2024 as a means of better disseminating Marxist ideology and theory. We are working to build Revolupedia into a resource and respiratory of information for revolutionary workers of all countries.
Our principles
The viewpoint of Revolupedia is revolutionary as elaborated in the revolutionary frameworks of Marxism–Leninism and Marxism–Leninism–Maoism. We understand Marxism to be the leading theory and world outlook of the working class in the age of capitalism-imperialism and socialist revolution. The Marxist philosophy of dialectical and historical materialism represents the only true understanding of reality, being derived from empirical analysis of the material world, society, and its development.
Our community
Revolupedia is an independent project, not controlled or owned by any particular organization or party. The main source of decisions and consensus derive from our editors themselves. All important decisions are made democratically and transparently for the benefit of the project.
Our history
Revolupedia was founded in June 2024. Revolupedia was initially associated with organizations, but has since grown to become an independent project. With time, Revolupedia expanded its size and scope to include a free and accessible library and revolutionary works, quotations from Marxist thinkers, and a dedicated space for essays by our editors.
Our content
We are building Revolupedia into a viable important resource for revolutionaries everywhere, and as such uphold high standards for our content. All articles on Revolupedia are written from a revolutionary point of view, free of all capitalist ideology.
