Anti-Revisionist Refuge is a communist Discord server which adheres to anti-revisionist Marxism–Leninism.
History
The Nexus
The server was started under the name The Nexus on November 8th 2023 after drama with another server which led to a split, and operated as a "left-unity" community, allowing in anyone presumed a leftist to join and participate including social democrats, anarchists and Trotskyists.
Purges of 2024
The server went through a total of three purges, which would see the banning of a large amount of the users. The first purge targeted anarchists especially, the second targeted democratic socialists, left communists and Trotskyists, and the third purge then removed the rest of the revisionist tendencies in the server, adopting anti-revisionist Marxism-Leninism officially on 21st of August 2024
