Maoist Communist Party of China

中国毛泽东主义共产党
Abbreviation MCPC
Founded 26 December 2008
Political orientation Communism
Anti-revisionism
Marxism–Leninism–Maoism

The Maoist Communist Party of China[a] (MCPC) is an underground communist party in the People's Republic of China which adheres to Marxism–Leninism–Maoism. It seeks the revolutionary overthrow of the revisionist Communist Party of China and restoration of socialism as it existed under Mao Zedong. The party has been subjected to repression at the hands of the revisionist government, including the arrest of its leaders.[1]

Ideology

The MCPC is strongly against economic reforms pursued by the CPC which have "restored capitalist social conditions". As such, it seeks to overthrow the "traitorous revisionist ruling bloc within the Chinese Communist Party" by initiating a second socialist revolution to re-establish the dictatorship of the proletariat. The ultimate objective of MCPC is to achieve communism.
