I believe it would be prudent to split this article into two. One will be for the socialist period of the Soviet Union and should be titled [[Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (1922–1955)]]. The second will be for the revisionist period and should be titled [[Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (1956–1991)]]. This is due to the radically different nature of the Soviet Union during these two time frames. One was revolutionary, progressive, and socialist, while the other was counter-revolutionary and bourgeois. Any disagreements? On proceeding with this article
I believe it would be prudent to split this article into two. One will be for the socialist period of the Soviet Union and should be titled Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (1922–1955). The second will be for the revisionist period and should be titled Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (1956–1991). This is due to the radically different nature of the Soviet Union during these two time frames. One was revolutionary, progressive, and socialist, while the other was counter-revolutionary and bourgeois. Any disagreements? Saul Wenger (talk) 21:36, 24 June 2024 (UTC)
