The Communist Party of Peru - Base Mantaro Rojo, also know as the Communist Party of Peru - Comité Base Mantaro Rojo is a major anti-revisionist faction within the PCP that is working with the Reorganization Committee of the PCP for the full reorganization of the party and reinitiation of the people's war. It is the faction most assossiated with the Peru People's Movement.[1][2] [3][4][5][6]
