National communism is a right-opportunist deviation which seeks to reconcile Marxism with bourgeois nationalism while rejecting proletarian internationalism. Instances of national communism include the revisionist states of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea under Juche, Democratic Kampuchea under Pol Pot, and Socialist Republic of Romania under Nicolae Ceaușescu.
