Haz al-Din[a][b] (1996–) is an alt-right, patriotic socialist figure who serves as the Chairman of the American Communist Party, a position he held since 2024. Haz al-Din is most infamous for helping to popularize the reactionary concept of "MAGA Communism"[1] and being the main personality behind the YouTube channel Infrared, in which he regularly hosts livestreams and debates.
Stances
"MAGA Communism"
Haz al-Din is associated with the "MAGA Communism" tendency, a reactionary slogan and movement which seeks the ideological unification of "Marxists" with Trumpists and other rightists. Haz al-Din employs right-wing, reactionary rhetoric while branding it as "communist," seeking to tail the backwards sections of the population.
We all come together: the workers striking at the railways, the MAGA industrial working class, the small farmers, we all unite with our power. We kick out the globalists. We kick out George Soros. We kick out Klaus Schwab. We stop that Great Reset agenda in its tracks. —Haz al-Din
Fascist sympathies
Haz al-Din has actively defended and supported the neo-fascist author and founder of the Eurasia Party Alexander Dugin. In a YouTube video released in 2022, Haz claims that Dugin is the "most misunderstood man in the world."[2]
Media
YouTube channel
The Infrared YouTube channel largely contains content from livestreams hosted by Haz. In these livestreams, Haz uses abusive language and fallacious logic against his debate opponents, much like other online political figures such as Vaush.[3]
