United States imperialism

United States imperialism, also known as American imperialism or Yankee imperialism refers to the various imperialist actions of the United States of America. The United States is the largest imperialist power in the modern world and is the effective head of various other imperialist organizations such as the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. The United States exerts both indirect and direct influence globally, maintaining military bases across the world.
