The American Communist Party (ACP) is a neo-fascist cult based in the United States which adheres to the reactionary patriotic socialist tendency. The organization was founded in July 2024 by multiple internet personalities associated with chauvinistic and eclectic positions, most notably Haz al-Din,[a] Jackson Hinkle, and Eddie "Liger" Smith.

The leadership of the ACP employs abusive, cult-like tactics to manipulate the behavior of members and suppress criticism.[1] These abuses are particularly present with the ACP's leader, Haz al-Din, who dominates the organization with little accountability. This is in tandem with the homophobic, misogynist, transphobic, and racist environment of the ACP.[2]

The organization claimed to have formed after members of Communist Party, USA split to join the ACP, with the names of 26 CPUSA clubs being featured on their opening declaration.[3] It was later shown that these signatures of support were fabricated.[4]
