The World Federation of Democratic Youth (WFDY) is an international organization
History
On the 10th of November 1945, the World Youth Confrence founded the World Federation of Democratic Youth, it was formed during the second world war to bring together the world youth of the allied nations in an anti-fascist front. The WFDY was an indirect successor to the World Youth Congress. Shortly after World War 2, the WFDY was accussed of being a "Moscow Front" and became a target of CIA espionage.
