Jiang Qing (Chinese: 江青, March 1914 – 14 May 1991) was a Chinese actress and communist revolutionary. She was the fourth wife of Chairman Mao Zedong, a member of the anti-revisionist Gang of Four, and is seen by many Maoists as his legitimate successor.
