The International Conference of Marxist–Leninist Parties and Organizations (ICMLPO)[a] is an international organization of anti-revisionist Marxist–Leninist parties which was founded in 1994.

The Conference was founded in Quito, Ecuador in 1994 and adopted A Communist Declaration to the Workers and Peoples of the World. During its XXII plenary meeting it adopted International Platform: on Capitalism, the Working Class and the Fight for Communism. The ICMLPO holds annual plenary sessions as well as holding regional meetings in Europe, the Americas and Asia. The latest XXVIX conference took place in October 2024. The theoretical journal of the Conference, Unity & Struggle, is published every 6 months in many languages.[1]

Ideology

The ICMLPO adheres to Marxism–Leninism as formulated by Karl Marx, Frederich Engels, Vladimir Lenin, Joseph Stalin, and Enver Hoxha. In addition to this, the members of the ICMLPO oppose all forms of revisionism and opportunism, including Soviet and Chinese revisionism. It similarly opposes United States, Russian and Chinese imperialism and social-imperialism.[2]
