The Communist Party of Canada (Marxist–Leninist) (abbr. CPC(M-L)) is a revolutionary and anti-revisionist Marxist-Leninist party in Canada,originally founded by Hardial Bains in 1970. It is registered as a federa political party in Canada under the name Marxist–Leninist Party of Canada (MLPC) since 1974. It did not split from the revisionist Communist Party of Canada as its' foundation was built out from student organizations.
