Reconstitution

Reconstitution is the reformation of a communist party on the basis of Marxist (today Marxist–Leninist–Maoist) principles and away from its revisionist trajectory. Constitution is the formation of a communist party in a country where none exists. Reconstitution and constitution of communist parties is the goal of communists in all countries.
