The Communist International (Stalinist–Hoxhaists), also known as the Comintern (SH), is a small international Stalinist–Hoxhaist organization. Founded in 2000, the Comintern (SH) upholds "Marxism–Leninism–Stalinism–Hoxhaism", otherwise known simply as Stalinism–Hoxhaism, and views Karl Marx, Fredrick Engels, Vladimir Lenin, Joseph Stalin, and Enver Hoxha to be the foundational figures in Marxism–Leninism.[1][2][1] The organization maintains a number of opportunist and dogmatic positions, including their rejection of socialism in one country,[3] as well as upholding anti-LGBTQ+ bigotry.[4]

"As far as our position on heterosexuality, homosexuality or bi-sexuality etc. is concerned, we are guided by our communist principle. We are against all those bourgeois sexual movements in the capitalist society which are hostile to our struggle for the world socialist revolution. We cannot and will not place the question of sexuality above the question of world socialist revolution. Those who are in favour of the world socialist revolution must live and act according sexual morality of communism regardless of whether one is heterosexual, homosexual or bi-sexual.
We cannot and do not want to make membership in the world proletarian party of different sexual inclinations, which does not mean that even a single member of the party should disregard the communist morals, conditions of admission and statutes of the party, neither in party life nor in private life. We are opponents of the double morality of the ruling bourgeoisie. Proletarian morality does not know double standards."
