Otto Kuusinen (4 October 1881 – 17 May 1964) was a Finnish-born Soviet Revisionist politician serving as chairman of the presidium of the supreme Soviet of the Karelo-Finnish SSR.

After Stalin's death, Kuusinen turned away from Marxist-Leninist principles and adopted Revisionist principles. [1] [2]
