The Communist Party of Peru - Base Mantaro Rojo, also know as the Communist Party of Peru - Comité Base Mantaro Rojo is a major anti-revisionist fraction within the PCP that is working with the Reorganization Committee of the PCP for the full reorganization of the party and reinitiation of the people's war.
