The Communist Party of Peru - Comité Base Mantaro Rojo, also know as the Communist Party of Peru - Base Mantaro Rojo is a major anti-revisionist fraction / committee within the PCP. It is associated with the Vizcatán Base Committees (Comrade Laura's fraction) and the Peru People’s Movement (Reorganization Committee)[1][2] [3][4][5][6]
