The Communist Party of Albania[a] is an anti-revisionist Marxist–Leninist party founded in 1991. It was formed after the split of the former Party of Labor of Albania in 1991, following its transformation into the Socialist Party of Albania and its adoption of social democracy. The party was led by Hysni Milloshi until his death in 2012.

PKSH publishes Zëri i së Vërtetës ('The Voice of Truth'). The youth wing of the party is known as Communist Youth of Albania. The Communist Party of Albania is a member organization of the International Conference of Marxist–Leninist Parties and Organizations.[1]
