Constitutional monarchy

A constitutional monarchy is a form of monarchy in which the ruler's powers are restricted by a constitution and a parliamentary body. Constitutional monarchies are most commonly bourgeois states wherein the aristocracy has been integrated with the capitalist class and remains of the old feudal political system remain.
