Corporatocracy is a bourgeois form of government in which corporate entities hold total or near-total power over the government. The modern neoliberal state is an example of a corporatocracy, with measures such as legalized corruption in the form of lobbying allowing corporations to hold massive amounts of influence over the nominally democratic government.
