Dictatorship

A dictatorship may refer to:
- A class dictatorship, embodied in the state. The state is the unrestricted rule of one class which is dictatorial (restricting of liberties, suppressive) to one class yet democratic to the ruling class. Instances include the dictatorship of the bourgeoisie and dictatorship of the proletariat.[1]
- An autocracy, the political rule of a single individual over a government.
