Whatifalthist, operated by the pseudo-intellectual Rudyard Lynch, is an alt-right YouTube channel which was formerly dedicated to "alternative history" scenarios. The channel is infamous for its lack of sourcing and usage of "history" to promote a white supremacist agenda, with him using terms such as "Western" as a dogwhistle to refer to white people.[1] Despite previously focusing on historical topics, his channel is now dedicated to modern politics.[2]
Being active since 2013, the channel, as of September 2025, has around 729,000 subscribers and 134,769,799 views.
