The Communist Party of Canada (Marxist–Leninist) (abbr. CPC(M-L)) is a revisionist so called "anti-revisionist Marxist-Leninist" party in Canada, originally founded by Hardial Bains in 1970. It is registered as a federal political party in Canada under the name Marxist–Leninist Party of Canada (MLPC) since 1974. It did not split from the other revisionist Communist Party of Canada as its' foundation was built out from student organizations.
