Gonzalo Thought[a][b] is a doctrine formulated by Abimael Guzmán (also known as Chairman Gonzalo) and upheld by the Communist Party of Peru. It is the application (Guiding thought) of Marxism–Leninism–Maoism to the material circumstances of Peru.[1]
